Insurance and Billing

Our facility charges are separate from your physician’s office. Please be aware that you may be receiving up to four bills; one from the facility, one from the physician, and one from the lab, if specimens are removed, and one from anesthesia services, if applicable.

We also offer the option to pay bills online. With our online bill pay option, you can securely make a payment for your service online with no hassles.

*Multiple different insurance companies fall under the Third Party Administrator programs. Insurer should contact our office or insurance company to verify if contracted/in-network for First Choice/Providence Preferred/United Healthcare plans.

The Cost of Your Procedure

Because you are responsible for costs for covered healthcare services until you reach your deductible, you should comparison shop if you elect to have a nonemergency procedure.

You can use tools like Healthcare Bluebook and the Medicare Procedure Price Lookup (for Medicare patients).  Many health insurance websites also provide information on where to find in-network services.
