Learn MoreGreat facility, and staff! From reception to the nurses and doctor all the staff were delightful and compassionate. I would highly recommend Cascade Endoscopy Center! I previously had a bad experience at Eugene Gastroenterology and decided to try another place for follow up colonoscopy and I’m glad I did! I will use Cascade endoscopy center for all my future colonoscopy needs. I have recommended them already to a family member getting one soon.
It all went well and I especially appreciated the people who met me when I arrived and prepared me for the procedure. I did get a few too many email & text reminders even after multiple confirmations.
Excellent communication, Excellent bedside manner...all around Excellent experience considering what I was having done
Very thorough with information, the whole staff was very caring and the procedure was timely.
Actually I was shocked to hear I had to pay $250! They classified my colonoscopy as diagnostic instead of a routine follow up as according to what I have read finding 1-2 polyps a follow up should be done in 7 years and they found one in 2018. I will be asking for my money back
Dr. Qamar and team are absolutely wonderful! I was a little nervous about my upper GI Endoscopy prior to my appt., but the staff put me at ease. Everyone was very informative from beginning of appt. up until the end of procedure. 12/10. Cannot express how much I appreciate this office and staff. I also got in very quickly. They have two providers and are somehow able to manage a higher patient load than other local GI offices.
Everyone was very professional, courteous, and caring. I was comfortable the whole time, and when the procedure was over, I woke up without being groggy or with a headache. They explained everything to me before I left and also gave written instructions for after care.
