Since your insurance policy and coverage are between you and your carrier, we urge you to contact them prior to your procedure. You will be responsible for any co-pays and deductibles.
Learn MoreGood experience overall. There are two things that could have been better. 1). I attempted to obtain pre-procedure meds one week prior to my colonoscopy as suggested by your texts. The pharmacy, however, would not release the meds until they had approval from your office. I wasn’t able to pick up the meds until the day before I was set to prepare. This delay caused me to miss the instructions to use miralax one week prior to the colonoscopy. Perhaps you need to streamline your pharmacy approval process. Your instructions for taking blood pressure meds read that one could either take them two hours prior to or two hours after the last pre-op med dose. My blood pressure meds include a diuretic that I feel interfered with the last dose clean out. I would recommend that those whose blood pressure meds include a diuretic should take them two hours after the last treatment.

Every thing went as expected, which is a complement. The whole procedure went quickly and smoothly without feeling rushed. The staff friendly and helpful. And the best part, I was on the cancelation waiting list and I got in much sooner than anticipated. This was my first endoscopy so I can not compare to others, but I can't imagine what other places could do to be better than the experience that I had.
